About Hannah Gaskins Pabon
“In 2019, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. During my time there, I had the opportunity to explore various mediums, eventually discovering my deep passion for painting. My studies extended beyond the classroom, allowing me to immerse myself in the world of master paintings during time spent abroad in Paris and New York City.
Since graduating, I’ve continued to nurture my creative spirit. Today, I balance my life as both an artist and a Pre-K teacher. Working with young children fuels my creativity, as I am constantly inspired by their boundless imagination.
My current work is deeply influenced by contemporary events and personal experiences. Whether I’m painting a flower gifted by one of my students or responding to a call for social awareness, I strive to create art that resonates on a meaningful level.
As an artist, my goal is to create pieces that engage viewers, sparking emotions, thoughts, and conversation. I believe that art is a universal language, and through it, I aim to inspire and empower others.”
